Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the New Hire and Onboarding Process for the hourly employees.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within process assigned.
  • Serve as Point of Contact throughout the new hire and onboarding process.
  • Develop and manage new hire orientation and Onboarding Processes.
  • Establish effective and professional working relationships.
  • Manages new hires from offer stage through their onboarding.
  • Manages new hire tracker and offer process.
  • Conducts staffing meetings with Process Owners and Trios.
  • Works with training team on new hires and transfers to their areas/departments.
