1. Operations Management
Lead and manage multi-site engineering operations covering production equipment maintenance, utilities, and facility engineering services. Ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment and plant utilities . Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs . Monitor operational performance through KPIs, SLAs, and service level metrics . Drive operational excellence through standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. 2.
