The Global Workday Support Team is looking for a Global Workday Manager to provide Tier 2+ support, advice and resolution for Workday users across the organization. The role will serve as an escalation point for issues beyond Tier 1, simplify and optimise the Global People system, and drive system enhancements through the Workday roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Regional Super Users with advice, guidance and issue resolution
• Provide end‑user training, communication materials and support for BAU and all relevant changes to Workday
• Drive Workday efficiency and lead internal projects while delivering our Workday roadmap
