We are seeking a General Warranty Improvement Leader for Americas, Fuel Delivery Modules, Canisters, Starters and Alternators.
The candidate will work with production sites, engineering teams and management to ensure continuous improvement of warranty performance of PHINIA products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead warranty improvement initiatives across the Americas for Fuel Delivery Modules, Canisters, Starters and Alternators, working jointly with production sites, engineering teams and management.
Provide quality support to Warranty issues with FDM, Canisters, Starters and Alternators products: support field quality crises with data and problem solving.
Improve overall field quality performance by facilitating communication and interpretation of Warranty KPIs (IPTV, IBNR) in correlation with gate charts and part analysis results.
Structured escalation to problem-solving groups and facilitation of lessons learned and look across.
