The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement. It is office‑first, with 20 % remote flexibility (one day per week).

What you will do:

• Establish the governance model and setup to lead the 800 MCHF Spend Optimization project and manage global targets.
• Analyze and interpret requirements to design improved business processes that support future demand plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the CFO, BU Heads, and Site Heads to drive proactive communications and decision‑making.
• Review progress against targets, identify obstacles, and implement mitigation solutions or timely escalations.
