Responsible for ensuring that all import and export activities comply with applicable international trade laws, regulations, and internal policies
Supporting the global organization in minimizing Trade Compliance risk, maintaining operational efficiency, and enabling lawful global trade
Ensuring that cross-border transactions are conducted in full compliance with customs, sanctions, and export control requirements
Oversight of import/export processes, classification of goods, screening of business partners, and continuous monitoring of regulatory changes that may impact the company’s operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export laws and regulations, including customs requirements, export controls, and trade sanctions. - Maintain and enforce internal trade compliance policies, SOPs, procedures, and controls.
