What you’ll do

• Systemisation Leadership: Lead the improvement, maturation, and futureproofing of Weir’s sustainability data processes and systems, ensuring robust non-financial reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and value creation.
• Data Transition Management: Plan and deliver the transition of Scope 1–3 CO₂e accounting to Weir Business Services, overseeing migration plans, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with ESG assurance and governance frameworks.
