The Estée Lauder Companies is pleased to present the GenNext Supply Chain Program based in Wollerau, Switzerland. This 18-month graduate program offers recent graduates a chance to rotate through various Supply Chain roles while tackling real business challenges.

Participants will collaborate on significant projects in Supply Planning, Logistics, and Procurement. We're looking for motivated graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field and a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
