            1. Direct Support to Sales Manager & Team   Partner closely with the APJ Sales Manager to operationalize strategy, manage execution, and improve team performance. 
Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBR’s, MBR’s, QBR’s, pipeline reviews, team meetings). 
Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows, tools, and processes. 
Act as the “glue” between sales and internal teams to remove blockers and enhance alignment. 
 2. Sales Process & Efficiency Improvements   Map, audit, and improve end-to-end sales processes (lead flow, qualification, handoff, pipeline progression). 
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive process re-designs. 
Lead change-management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. 
Standardize APJ-wide sales motions and ensure consistent execution across the team.
