This role involves direct client interaction, requirements gathering, project management, and ensuring technical and functional compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business or Technology, experience in SAP HCM, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Switzerland payroll regulations and languages such as German is preferred.
