**Role Purpose**

To deliver reliable administrative and coordination support that enables the effective execution of Global Sales Excellence initiatives, including hosting Global Sales calls, managing meeting cadences, and supporting sales enablement activities that drive seller productivity and engagement.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Coordinate, schedule, and host recurring Global Sales Excellence calls (e.g., Sales Partner Calls, Revenue Enablement Calls, and other Global Sales forums)
+ Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups to Global Sales stakeholders
+ Manage calendars, invites, and logistics for Global Sales meetings across multiple time zones
+ Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
+ Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and communications for Global Sales Excellence activities
