The Global Sales Director will be responsible for leading and professionalizing the sales organization of a €200M business, driving sustainable growth across multiple channels and international markets.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with long-term vision, while fostering a high-performing and customer-oriented culture. Combining strategic vision with strong commercial acumen, you will act as a key ambassador of our product, fostering long-term partnerships and guiding your team toward profitable growth. 
You will be managing a team of +- 70 people including our Customer Service team and our Sales Directors. Our HQ of Sheet Vinyl is located in Avelgem.
