Ecom Operators is looking for a Full-Time General Recruiter to manage the recruitment process remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while creatively attracting candidates for various roles across our DTC brands.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent acquisition, strong relationship-building skills, and either a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business or relevant experience.
