The Global Real Estate Director – Transformation and Delivery CoE is a recently elevated role within BCG’s Global Real Estate team, reporting directly to the Global Real Estate (GRE) Executive Director. This position will serve as the strategic and operational integrator and process leader for GRE, focusing on building a best‑in‑class transformation framework that unites project delivery, workplace experience, ESG and Portfolio Strategy objectives under a single operating model.
