Role Overview
The Global Process Lead Record to Report (R2R) will serve as the end to end Global Process Owner within a Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services organization , responsible for scaling, standardizing, and continuously improving the R2R function across all regions. The role will drive design, governance, and transformation of the global R2R model, leveraging Oracle Fusion ERP , strong program management discipline, and effective people leadership. Close partnership with US based business leaders and global stakeholders is required to align service delivery with business outcomes. (Someone with implementation experience preferred )
