Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas developers, contractors, and design partners. 
Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures. 
Achieve overseas sales targets and prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations. 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border projects. 
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target markets.
