At JuliusBaer, the Global Mobility team is responsible for establishing consistent standards and guidelines for international assignments, advising stakeholders on business cases, and supporting assignees during the preparation and execution of their international transfers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall implementation and administration of the existing Global Mobility program.
- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders on mobility policy and processes.
- Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments and transfers (approval process, remuneration package, assignee briefing, implementation).
- Handle market data for assignment remuneration packages in line with applicable policy.
- Facilitate assignment cost management and manage policy exceptions according to the exception approval process.
- Administer global social security, pension, risk and health insurance coverage for mobile employees.
