Role-GFO

We’re hiring a leader for our Global Finance Operations (GFO) team in India. You will report into the HQ Controller and own end-to-end service delivery from the GFO to the rest of the business. This includes owning weekly payment runs, monthly close, annual financial statements, and supporting the application of accounting policies.

You will lead the GL, AP, Tax, Vendor Master Data, and Audit Support teams in India. Each of these teams has a team lead today who will report into you. You will operate in a matrix with

headquarters functional counterparts — solid line to you for people management, priorities, capacity, performance, and local execution.
