Job Opportunity

We are looking for a Global Engineering Manager within the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) Global Product Group (GPG) team that will be responsible for delivering on our commitments to our customers and partners. You will ensure alignment with GPQSS global standards, processes, tools and governance, drive innovation, and foster collaboration among diverse engineering teams. Together with the Engineering team of the Global Product Group, you will drive consistency in executional excellence for health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery and budget, in line with Hitachi Energy and Grid Integration business unit strategic direction and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GPQSS engineering delivery, owning performance management in partnership with local counterparts and customers.
