As a Global Corporate Bank – EMEA Lending Lawyer – Vice President in the Legal Department you will support its Global Corporate Bank in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. You will be an integral part of the Global Corporate Bank Legal team working closely with the regional lawyers based in EMEA, and will support lending within the Global Corporate Bank, with a strong focus on investment grade lending, acquisition & leveraged finance, direct lending and general bilateral and syndicated lending transactions.

Job responsibilities

• Assisting in the documentation, negotiation and execution of lending transactions.


• Providing support to wider legal team, including partnering with colleagues on cross-border transactions and structuring and delivering appropriate training.
