building out its reward capability to support rapid headcount growth.
Reporting into the
Head of Reward, you will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and
business leaders across global functions. You will lead on job architecture and
salary structure design, oversee global benchmarking activity and manage annual
compensation cycles including merit, promotion, bonus and equity. You will
partner closely with HR and Talent teams on offer management and pay decisions,
support equity programmes and deliver insightfulpensation reporting to
inform business decisions.
