            Responsibilities Develop and implement category strategies for PCB and Discrete components to achieve business targets. 
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met. 
Analyze market trends and data to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risks. 
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category plans with product development and operational needs. 
Lead cost reduction initiatives, value engineering projects, and continuous improvement efforts within the category. 
Monitor and report on category performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership. 
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
