Your role
will require you to work closely with the People departments in the different countries, in order to optimize and standardize the integration of all payrolls into our financial accounts. This will also require a reasonable understanding of the specifics by country in which we operate.As team lead, you will have to organize the tasks for the team dedicated to the payroll process, ensuring that they are fully mobilized and creating a positive working atmosphere. To do this, you will have to organize regular 1:1s, and ensure that the tasks covered by the team are properly processed and in a timely manner. You will report team activity to the VP Finance and Control and ensure anticipation of topics to be covered, plus proposing actions to improve processes which will need to be prioritized.
