POSITION SUMMARY The GIS / Travelways Engineer maintains the ESRI ArcGIS services layer that powers TMS spatial capabilities and the Location Referencing System (LRS) at the core of the TMS architecture. Every application in the TMS portfolio from Adopt-A-Highway to OSOW restrictions to the Bridge Management System is spatially keyed to Missouri travelways and log miles.
