Roles: GhostDraft Technical Lead

Project Background:

Migration to GW Cloud Platform from GW v10.0. As part of the engagement, document production migration is in scope to migrate templates from SmartCOMM to GhostDraft

Key responsibilities:

• Define migration strategy and solution architecture
• Lead SmartCOMM GhostDraft template conversion and optimization
• Drive integration with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PC/CC/BC)
• Oversee development, code quality, and delivery governance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

Core skills

• GhostDraft (DOCX templates, rules, composition)
• SmartCOMM migration experience
• Guidewire Cloud integration expertise
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management
