Qualifications

• Must be a Filipino Citizen
• Must be a High School graduate
• Must have at least 2 years voice experience in proficient bilingual Spanish support
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• With Collections experience preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends / holidays
• Can start immediately
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency required
