The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Program Support Manager to join its Fleet Efficiency team based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. The role requires serving as the Customer Services voice within a new development program, ensuring that Customer Services objectives and requirements are captured and implemented throughout all phases of the project.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Program Support team, Customer Services Leader, and Project Planner to define and secure deliverables, ensuring in‑service impacts are addressed and Customer Services requirements integrated.
- Represent Customer Services in governance activities (scenario reviews, weekly development reviews, configuration management, risk & opportunity reviews, maturity gates, program reviews), preparing supporting documents and tracking related actions.
