Contract Administration: Support the preparation and issuing of contracts to freelancers and employees delivering services to our clients.
Extensions: Assist with contract extensions, including updating contract dates and documentation, and gathering signatures.
Compliance Checks: Make sure we have all legally required documents in place (e.g. ID, right to work, insurance, tax documents) and follow up if anything is missing or outdated.
Candidate Communication: Respond to questions from contractors regarding contracts and documents. Occasionally support simple rate discussions during extensions.
Team Support: Work closely with our recruiters, account managers, and finance team to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.
Record Keeping: Update internal systems and trackers to reflect contract status, compliance progress, and extension deadlines.
