Responsibilities
Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines. Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions. Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment. Requirements
C2 level of German and advanced English. Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive. Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus. Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher). Desirable Skills
