• Schedule: Mon Fri 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Pay: Call for rates + Benefits (Health, Dental +Vision) + 100% Malpractice covered.

• In-home visits across Los Angeles County
• Patient Volume: 3 7/day
• EMR: Athena
• Support Team: 1 APP + 1 MA
