Communicate with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects of operational developmentOwns and drives continuous improvement plan on safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity and trainingUnderstands/Develops/Drives and Improves Engineering standard work to meet takt time including but not limited to Time observation form, Process Capacity, Work combination sheet, Standard work sheet and Operator loading ChartWorks with Materials Manager on SIOP reviews to ensure planning and required Headcount is in place to m...
