Kiwa CMT is looking for a Geo-Environmental Supervisor to lead our team and deliver high-quality projects. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership, offering a great opportunity to shape project delivery and support the development of others. This role is based in our Derby office.

About the role

• Line manage the Geo-Environmental team, including regular 1 to 1s and annual reviews
• Provide technical guidance, support, training and mentoring to team members
• Take overall responsibility for financial, operational and technical performance of the department
• Manage and deliver a range of geo‑environmental projects, including programme and budget control
• Design and complete phased contaminated land investigations
• Carry out waste, topsoil, macadam and related investigations, including scheduling, assessment and reporting
