What's the role?

We are looking for an a data-driven and creative Generative Search Optimisation & Content Marketing Manager to join Hilti`s global marketing communications team. In this role, you’ll own and develop our organic / AI search strategy. This role bridges content strategy, content performance and user-first thinking to drive organic growth across all digital touchpoints. You will work closely with content, UX, dev, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into every stage of the digital experience. This is a high-impact role focused on improving visibility, authority, and performance of HILTI in the digital landscape.
