In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager and be instrumental in HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities from posting to onboarding
• Provide support for employee relations and disciplinary guidance
• Conduct confidential investigations regarding employee concerns
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and functionality
• Handle requests for leaves of absence and accommodations
