About the role:
You will be working as General Surgery Team Leader and will be responsible for:
Daily management of the Theatre to enhance quality and efficiently Supporting the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework Working closely with the Theatre Manager on the day-to-day procedures Monitoring resources, budgets and workforce planning. You’ll need to have excellent organisational and communication skills Who we’re looking for;
ODP level 3 / RN (1) Valid NMC/HCP with no restrictions Eligibility to live and work in the UK Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in theatre in the UK Previous experience working as a General Surgery Team Leader A strong understanding of clinical procedures Employee benefits:
