General Services Manager (Soft Services)
Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5-day pattern, 07:00-19:00 flexibility)
We?re seeking an experienced General Services professional to manage soft facilities services within a large, high-compliance industrial site. You?ll oversee delivery of cleaning, catering, grounds, waste, transport and mailroom services, ensuring performance, cost control, and service quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage soft services and multiple suppliers against KPIs and contracts
Support budget control, invoicing, and procurement activities
Drive service performance through reviews and stakeholder engagement
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site procedures
Work closely with internal teams and external providers to improve delivery
