Responsibilities:
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through his/her sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge trainings.
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan and meeting agreed targets/quota.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing/Management/Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 - 5 years of related work experience in the related field.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
