Join our team as a Production Worker, where you will safely and efficiently operate various equipment and hand tools to assemble wall panels, floor panels, and roof trusses. Your role will involve reading and interpreting plans and blueprints, and you will be responsible for the assembly of floors, roof trusses, and walls within the home construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and hand tools to assemble wall panels, floor panels, and roof trusses.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints.
• Assemble floors, roof trusses, and walls for home construction.
• Set wood using lasers as guides and apply nail plates using hammers, nail guns, and other tools.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure assembly accuracy.
