**Job Title: Entry Level Production Associate**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Load/unload metal parts into automated machines
+ Start/stop equipment and monitor basic machine operations
+ Perform visual quality checks to ensure product consistency
+ Stack, sort, and package finished parts
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions

**Requirements:**

+ Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift
+ Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Willing to work mandatory OT on Saturdays
+ Steel-toe boots required
