Job Description
Primary Purpose –The facility operates in a shift-work environment that emphasizes safety, team building, total quality, and continuous process improvement. This position is responsible for upkeep and cleaning of general assigned area, providing breaks of other employees, moving heavy objects and cleaning equipment and/or machinery, and loading or unloading of material. This position must have excellent communication, ability to work alone at a fast production environment.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities –


+ Working throughout the mill in various areas to include relieving employees for breaks, learning to operate production equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned areas

+ Fill holes and gaps in the surface veneer using putty guns and hand tools.

+ Operate the equipment to produce the highest quality product possible
