Key Responsibilities:

 Partner with the Executive Team to turn high-level strategies into actionable, executable plans.

 Oversee and synchronize operations across distribution channels, sales, supply chain, and

customer service teams.

 Implement and maintain efficient, scalable processes to optimize our distribution efforts.

 Use EOS principles to drive accountability across teams and ensure goals are met.

 Manage key performance metrics and business systems to achieve sustained growth and

profitability.

 Build and lead the senior leadership team, ensuring alignment and high performance.

 Navigate the complexities of the distribution business, ensuring smooth and efficient

operations across the board.



What You Bring:

 Proven experience as a General Manager, COO, or Integrator in distribution, logistics, or supply

chain management (industry-specific experience is not required).
