About the Role

KineticWireless is a premium, authorized dealer for Rogers Communications in British Columbia, with over 20 years in the telecom industry and a Rogers partnership since 1999. We are seeking a hands‑on General Manager, Wireless Retail Sales & Operations to lead our wireless retail store network across British Columbia, including the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

This is a senior field leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, improving store execution, strengthening district and store leadership, and ensuring our teams operate with strong accountability, customer experience, compliance, and operational discipline.

The successful candidate will work closely with District Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and frontline sales teams across our Rogers, Fido, and Chatr branded retail locations.
