Curtis Media Group is seeking a dynamic and community-focused General Manager to lead our radio stations serving the Wilmington, NC area.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of station operations including sales leadership, programming strategy, community engagement, and financial performance.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive revenue growth, support local programming, develop a sales team, build relationships with advertisers, and maintain the stations’ strong connection to the community.
