<p><strong>Purpose of the Role:</strong></p>
<p>The General Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of services within CHI’s Quality and Patient Safety Directorate, through effective planning, control, monitoring, review and delivering on core programmes of work in quality, safety and risk management.</p>
<p>This includes the implementation of the CHI’s Quality & Patient Safety Strategy and Framework, clinical effectiveness, clinical audit, service user involvement; risk management, patient feedback,incident management, open disclosure, patient safety and service improvement.
