We are recruiting on behalf of a unique, high-energy wet-led venue in London for an exceptional General Manager to take the business to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to lead a fast-paced, high-volume site that is big on live sports, live music, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The venue is already trading at over £100k+ per week, and we are looking for a strong operator who can drive performance, maximise revenue, and bring fresh energy to an already successful business.
You will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong commercial performance, and a high-energy guest experience across live sports, live entertainment, and busy trading periods.
