Job Description

Sahtu United Incorporated is seeking a General Manager to serve as its senior operational leader. Reporting directly to the Chairperson of the Board, the General Manager is responsible for translating Board-approved direction into effective, safe, and compliant project delivery. The role provides oversight of operations, financial stewardship, workforce leadership, and relationships with joint venture partners and key stakeholders.

The General Manager will be based in Norman Wells, NT. This is a full-time position. This role requires sound judgment, independence, and accountability while working closely with a governance-focused Board. Periodic travel may be required.
