We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa. This role is directly responsible for overseeing all resort operations, with a strong focus on guiding the Sales & Marketing departments to drive occupancy and revenue performance. The General Manager will ensure exceptional guest service standards, uphold operational excellence, and champion best practices in environmental sustainability. Key responsibilities include interviewing and hiring senior management team members and overseeing disciplinary actions as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years of management experience with deep knowledge of Hyatt’s operational systems, along with proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and employee/guest relations.
