Job Description
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing all aspects of a supply chain operation. The GM provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development.
Direct operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations. Evaluate overall operations and set short and long-term goals aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee warehousing, distribution, packaging, and transportation to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
