Duties and Responsibilities
• Initiates action for the formulation of policies of the company
• Exercises oversight responsibility for effective and efficient management of the resources (human, material and financial) of the company
• Ensures the implementation of policies, programmes and activities of the company (developmental projects and operations)
• Ensures the monitoring and evaluation of all programmes and activities in the company
• Ensures the development of the strategic, medium term and other periodic plans of the company
• Ensures the preparation and submission of annual budget of the company to the Board
• Ensures the implementation of performance management policy of the company
