**Role Overview**

As a **General Manager at Sodexo** , you’ll lead and manage all aspects of food and catering service operations for a large Corporate Service Account **Headquarters in the Manhattan Beach, CA area.**

This site including 2 full-service cafés, coffee service, and a micro-market. In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will be responsible for building out a comprehensive catering program to support on-site events and client needs. Your expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and client relations will drive success. You’ll oversee a team of 25 associates and a team of culinary managers, ensuring excellence in service and operations.
